Yoga can be a powerful tool for healing. In this video, I demonstrate simple finger and toe stretches using a rubber band. These exercises are incredibly effective for increasing mobility and grip strength, and can provide significant relief for those with arthritis, numbness, or carpal tunnel syndrome.

Even 15 minutes can change your whole day. This is a morning stretch routine perfect for a busy schedule, using simple props like a stool and a resistance band to gently wake up the body and energize your start.

Using a wall is a fantastic way to support your body and safely deepen stretches. Here, I demonstrate a sequence to open the shoulders, stretch the hamstrings, and find a gentle backbend, making these movements accessible for everyone.
