From therapeutic movements to community bhajans, I create a space where yoga fits your life. Here is a glimpse into how I combine traditional practice with modern, accessible guidance.

This is the hero item. The energy of practicing together outdoors is truly special. Here I am guiding a wonderful group through a morning session by the lake. I provide hands on adjustments to ensure everyone feels supported, whether they are a beginner or an experienced yogi.

Yoga can be a powerful tool for healing. In this video, I demonstrate simple finger and toe stretches using a rubber band. These exercises are incredibly effective for increasing mobility and grip strength, and can provide significant relief for those with arthritis, numbness, or carpal tunnel syndrome.

Advanced poses like Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, or One-Legged King Pigeon Pose, do not happen overnight. They are the result of consistent practice, patience, and learning to listen to your body. This is a reminder that the journey is just as important as the destination.

My classes often end with a moment of quiet connection. Here, one of my talented students fills the room with a mesmerizing bhajan. It is in these moments of shared peace and spiritual song that our community truly comes together.

I teach traditional yogic cleansing techniques, or Shatkarma, like Jalneti. This practice uses saline water to cleanse the nasal passages, which is excellent for respiratory health and clarity of mind. I even have these beautiful, hand painted Jalneti pots for our sessions.

In the quiet of my own space, I find my freedom in poses like Malasana, the Garland Pose. With my hands in Anjali Mudra, I connect to the present moment. This is the peace I hope to share with you in our classes together.

Tackling challenging poses like the headstand requires trust and careful guidance. In my personal and small group sessions, I provide direct, hands on support to help you build the strength and confidence to safely explore inversions and advance your practice.

About Featured

When you practice with me, you will notice we do not just focus on the mat. We integrate therapeutic tools like wall ropes for safe alignment, Shatkarma techniques for respiratory health, and even soulful bhajans to close the session, ensuring your body and mind are both cared for. If you are managing specific concerns like joint pain or simply looking for gentle guidance, we adapt every pose to what your body needs today, not what it achieved yesterday.
