Individual Sound Awakening Therapy
This isn't just listening to music—it's about feeling vibration from the soles of your feet to the crown of your head. You stand inside a massive Tibetan bowl while I strike it, tuning your energy back to its natural frequency.
In a one-on-one session, a client experiences the unique full-body vibrational therapy. Standing within the large Tibetan bowl, the sound waves work to release deep-seated tension and restore the body's natural harmony.
About Individual Sound Awakening
You might feel skeptical standing barefoot inside a 22-inch metal bowl—it feels odd at first. But when I strike the rim, the vibration moves through your entire skeletal structure. We start with a 10-minute 'Nadi' pulse check to see where your energy is actually blocked, rather than guessing what is wrong. It is not about relaxing music; it is about physically shaking off the stress you have been carrying.
Why this works
Most therapies focus on talking about problems. Here, we skip the talking. When you stand in the bowl, you become a resonator. The 7-Metal Tibetan bowl is not just a container; it is an amplifier. The sound waves travel through the soles of your feet, hitting the marrow of your bones—this is what I call 'Vibrational Rooting.'
What happens during your session
- Nadi Check (10 mins): I do not give a standard treatment to everyone. We start by checking your pulse to identify your current state—whether it is anxiety, burnout, or just a need for grounding.
- The Standing Bowl (20 mins): This is the core of the session. You stand in the bowl. I use specific striking techniques to create a frequency that breaks tension patterns in your body.
- Supine Sound Bath (30 mins): You lie down for the final part. I use the Swaramandal and Gongs to create a 'wall of sound' that puts your brain into a Theta state—that space between waking and dreaming where deep healing happens.
Practical details for your visit
- Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
- Avoid heavy meals for an hour before the session.
- My studio is in Rajouri Garden. If you cannot travel, I can bring the setup to your space, provided it is a quiet, enclosed room.
- You may feel 'lighter' or emotional afterwards. That is normal—it is just the energy integrating.
