About Private Sound Healing Sessions
My 75-minute sessions are designed as a personal sanctuary. We begin with a 10-minute consultation to identify your physical or emotional tension. I then guide you through a hybrid of auditory sound bath and contact healing, where I place 7-metal Tibetan singing bowls directly on your body. This technique helps calm the Vagus nerve, giving your nervous system a chance to truly rest.
I work with a full set of 7-metal Tibetan Singing Bowls and Tingsha bells. The process is straightforward: after our initial chat, you settle onto a premium yoga mat in my private Saket studio, surrounded by soft lighting and calming aromatherapy like lavender or sandalwood.
This is not a passive experience where you just listen to music. By placing the bowls on your chest, stomach, or back, I help stimulate the Vagus nerve, which can signal your body to switch from a state of fight or flight to one of rest and digest. It is deeply effective for chronic stress, sleep issues, or when you feel mentally cluttered.
Whether you are looking for a one-on-one session or a private couple's harmonization, the environment is controlled and quiet. You leave with a grounding ritual, usually herbal tea, to help integrate the experience back into your daily routine.
