Group Sound Bath Experiences in Delhi NCR
Lie down, close your eyes, and let the vibrations do the work. My group sound bath sessions combine Symphonic Gongs, Swaramandal, and Tibetan singing bowls to help you disconnect from stress and reconnect with your inner peace.
Participants in an outdoor sound bath session rest in Savasana as I facilitate from the front, using various instruments to create a healing soundscape. This shared experience under the open sky connects us to both nature and each other.
Speaking to a large outdoor gathering at a wellness festival about the purpose of sound healing. These group events are a wonderful way to introduce many people at once to the concept of aligning their energy through sound vibrations.
An indoor group session concludes with an open Q&A, allowing participants to process and discuss their experiences. This dialogue is crucial for understanding how the sound therapy has affected them and how to carry that peace forward.
About Group Sound Bath Experiences
In these group sessions, we do not just listen to music. I focus on creating a specific soundscape using Symphonic Gongs and the Swaramandal to help your brain shift into a Theta state, which is that deep space between being awake and sleeping where true relaxation happens. It is not about entertainment, it is about aligning your energy—something that is often missing despite a busy, physically active lifestyle.
Whether you are joining a public workshop in Rajouri Garden or booking a private session for your team, the goal remains the same: inner alignment. My group sound baths are structured to help you let go of the mental clutter that accumulates through the week. We begin with Yoga Nidra techniques to guide you into a state of deep rest, setting the foundation for the sound immersion that follows.
We use a combination of Symphonic Gongs, 7-Metal Tibetan Bowls, and the melodic Swaramandal. The air conduction healing—the sound waves traveling through the room—creates a wall of vibration that works on your subtle energy body. It is often the missing piece for people who are physically fit but mentally exhausted.
What to expect in a group session:
- The Setup: You lie in Savasana on a yoga mat. I move around the room, ensuring the vibration reaches every participant.
- The Duration: Typically 60 to 75 minutes, including an introduction and a post-session sharing circle.
- The Outcome: Many find they experience deeper sleep and reduced anxiety in the days following the session.
For corporate groups or private family gatherings, I bring the entire instrument setup to your location across Delhi NCR. We adapt the session theme—whether it is stress release for office teams or harmony for a home gathering—to ensure the experience is relevant to your group's specific needs.
