Sound Awakening and Vibrational Healing Sessions
Welcome to my world of Sound Awakening. These visuals are a glimpse into how I use vibrations to break energy blocks and realign your inner frequency. Whether you are seeking deep relaxation or a way to truly know yourself, these sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your natural state of being.
This is my individual Sound Awakening session, a powerful experience where you stand barefoot inside a giant Tibetan singing bowl. As I strike the bowl, the vibrations travel directly through your body, helping to clear energetic blocks and realign your personal frequency. It is a profound journey of vibrational healing without words.
Here you see a Group Sound Bath, where participants lie down and let the healing sounds of singing bowls and gongs wash over them. In these sessions, we create a shared space of tranquility, allowing the collective energy to deepen the meditative and healing experience for everyone involved.
In an intimate setting, I use my voice to chant sacred mantras, accompanied by the pure tone of a singing bowl. This practice of Nada Yoga uses sound as a direct path to stillness, where the vibrations of the mantra quiet the mind and open the heart.
At an international festival, I had the opportunity to introduce a large audience to the principles of sound healing. I believe these ancient techniques are not just for listening; they have a deep purpose to align your physical and energetic bodies, even when you feel perfectly healthy.
The Taanpura, with its five strings, resonates with the five elements of nature. I use this instrument to create a deep, meditative drone that serves as a foundation for sound healing, a jugalbandi that touches the soul and helps ground you in the present moment.
The Swaramandal has 36 strings, and I often compare them to the 36 qualities of a fulfilled human life. Each string, when tuned and played correctly, contributes to a beautiful melody, just as cultivating positive qualities brings harmony to our lives.
A calm mind and controlled speech are essential. I believe that while a flood may cause destruction, uncontrolled words can cause total ruin. This is the discipline I bring to my life and my practice, focusing on creating a personality that can rebuild itself even after being scattered.
After a deep sound healing session, the journey continues with conversation. This Q&A is a vital part of the process, where we share insights and I answer questions, helping to integrate the experience of the sound bath into your daily life.
About Featured
In my sessions, we go beyond simple listening. Whether you choose the individual 'Standing Bowl' technique where you stand barefoot inside the instrument, or a collective Sound Bath, the objective is the same: to move energy through vibration. You are not just a passive listener here; you are an active participant in your own alignment. Come with an open mind, wear comfortable clothes, and prepare to let the sound work on the parts of your body that words cannot reach.
Sound Awakening is not about music; it is about energy alignment. My practice relies on the physics of vibration to help you find balance. When we use instruments like the 7-metal Tibetan bowls or the 36-string Swaramandal, we are creating a soundscape that targets your physical and energetic layers.
How I Work
For individual sessions, we begin with a 10-minute 'Nadi' check to identify your specific stress points. The signature technique involves standing inside a massive, 20-inch Tibetan singing bowl. The vibrations travel from your soles to the crown, which can feel intense but is deeply effective for grounding.
My Instruments
- Tibetan Singing Bowls: Used for both the standing technique and placing on the body to target specific areas.
- Symphonic Gongs: Essential for creating a 'wall of sound' that induces a Theta brainwave state, perfect for deep relaxation.
- Taanpura & Swaramandal: These provide the melodic foundation, aligning with the five elements of the body.
Where We Can Connect
I operate out of a private studio in Rajouri Garden, Delhi, but I also travel across the NCR for corporate wellness and private group events. If you are hosting a session, I bring the full 'Concert on Wheels' setup, including heavy instruments, so you do not need to worry about the logistics. Whether it is a small group sound bath for friends or a corporate stress-release event, the goal remains: to help you 'swayam ko jaanna' (know the self).
