Our Approach to Marathon Prep
We do not believe in generic plans. Our quarterly race prep program is built on scientific periodization:
- Build Phase: Developing the aerobic base with consistent, low-intensity mileage to prepare your body for the load.
- Peak Phase: Increasing intensity with hill repeats at places like Mahalaxmi Racecourse or long runs across the city to build stamina.
- Taper Phase: Reducing volume while maintaining sharpness, so your legs are fresh and ready for race day.
