About Urban Running & Hill Training

We don't just log miles; we use the city's terrain to build power. Our hill repeats at spots like the Mount Mary incline are designed to force your body to adapt, increasing your VO2 max and quad strength far faster than flat road running. You’ll be tackling these slopes as a group, with coaches keeping a close eye on your form to ensure you're training smart, not just hard.

Running in Mumbai is a challenge, but we use the city’s geography to our advantage. Hill repeats are non-negotiable for anyone looking to increase their explosive power and endurance. By training on natural inclines at Bandstand and Dadar, we force your body to work harder, which makes flat-ground running feel effortless on race day.

Our training sessions aren't just about raw intensity. We structure our Sundays with 'Slow Long Runs' that are strictly about aerobic base building. It’s easy to get carried away and run too fast, so we keep the pace controlled to ensure you’re recovering properly between tougher sessions. Whether you are prepping for the Tata Mumbai Marathon or just trying to finish your first 10k, our coaches are there to correct your posture, breathing, and stride mechanics.

You’ll train with a squad of 15 to 30 people, meaning you’re never tackling those tough inclines alone. We focus on functional fitness before and after the run—think resistance bands and core stability—to keep you injury-free. Just bring your shoes, some hydration, and a willingness to sweat.
