We don't do boring routines. Whether it's hill repeats at Mahalaxmi or functional drills at Naarli Baug, our coaches guide every move to keep your form tight and safe. We believe you should leave the park feeling stronger than when you walked in, not just tired.

What to Expect
We structure these sessions for all ages, from kids to seniors. We start with dynamic warm-ups to wake up your muscles, followed by a mix of functional strength (think kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight) and agility drills. If you are training for a specific goal like a marathon, we integrate form correction and breathing techniques right into the workout.

This isn't about being the loudest or the fastest. It is about accountability. When you join our batches at Shivaji Park or Mahalaxmi, you are joining a squad that shows up before the sun comes up. Our coaches act as mentors, ensuring that every participant—whether you are a 6-year-old learning to run or an adult smashing 100km ultras—gets the attention they need.

Our sessions are open to all levels. Just bring your yoga mat, hydration, and a mindset ready to work. We handle the rest, from the training plan to the cheers that keep you going until the final rep.

I'm Brinston, the founder and head coach here. My life revolves around running and movement, but what keeps me going is seeing our tribe show up at the park before the city wakes up. We're a family that pushes limits together, simple as that.
