If you are worried about cross-contamination, don't be. At our Colaba fine-dine outlet, we operate a completely separate, dedicated vegetarian kitchen. We use distinct cookware and separate preparation zones, so your Paneer Tikka or Veg Seekh Kebab stays purely vegetarian, just the way you expect.

We started as a street stall in 1946, but our promise remains the same: 'beta sheesh bechna, imaan mat bechna' (Sell skewers, not your integrity). Whether it is our non-veg signature or our vegetarian specials, the rules don't change. We know that for many of our guests, 'pure veg' is not just a preference, it is a standard.

That is why at our Colaba fine-dine location, we have built a dedicated vegetarian kitchen section. From the charcoal-grilled Paneer Pahadi and Achari Tikka to our rich Paneer Bhurji, every dish gets the full Bademiya treatment. We marinate our vegetables with the same hand-mixed masalas we have used for decades. It is the same slow-cooked smoky flavour, the same legendary Bombay-style depth, just without the meat. Whether you are coming with a mixed group or looking for a comforting veg dinner, you get the authentic Mughlai experience we are famous for. Our chefs handle these orders with the same care as our iconic mutton seekh, ensuring that the quality and taste remain true to the legacy we have built over 78 years.
