The art of making Rumali Roti is a skill that takes years to master. Our chefs expertly toss and stretch the dough until it is as thin as a handkerchief, then cook it on an inverted tawa.

Our Baida Roti is a Mumbai classic. A thin bread is filled with spiced minced meat and coated with egg before being fried to golden perfection. Here you can see it being sliced and served hot.

For all the cheese lovers, we have created the Cheese Roti, available exclusively at our Bandra outlet. A soft roti stuffed with melting cheese, it is the ultimate indulgence.
