We do not have a separate kitchen for stars and another for guests. The same charcoal-grilled Seekh Kebabs and rich Butter Chicken you see on a celebrity’s plate are what we serve to every single person who walks through our doors.
My father taught us that a guest is a guest, regardless of fame or fortune. That is why you might spot a cricket star or a famous actor sitting just a few tables away from you, enjoying the same Mutton Rogan Josh or Baida Roti. We built our reputation on the streets of Colaba back in 1946, and that street-side spirit of equality remains our core today.
Whether you are at our AC restaurant in Bandra, our flagship spot in Colaba, or the Fort outlet, there is no VIP section for food. Every plate of our signature charcoal-grilled chicken tikka is prepared with the same hand-mixed masalas, maintaining the consistency that has kept Mumbai coming back for over 75 years.
