About Upcoming Courses & Offers
Our residential courses are fully immersive, meaning you live on our organic farm for the duration of your training. We limit our group sizes to ensure you receive personal attention during every asana correction and philosophy discussion. You will be sharing the space with fellow students, so come prepared to disconnect from technology and reconnect with your practice.
Our Training Programs
We focus on traditional Hatha Yoga, helping you move beyond the physical postures to understand the philosophy and anatomy behind them. Our 200-hour and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) programs are accredited by Yoga Alliance, ensuring your certification is recognized globally.
Living at the Ashram
This is not a typical hotel stay. You will be living in eco-huts built with hollow clay bricks, surrounded by our medicinal forest and organic farm. We maintain a digital detox environment to help you shift your focus inward. Expect a 14-hour daily schedule that includes:
- Early morning meditation and pranayama
- Intensive Hatha yoga practice sessions
- Traditional Ayurvedic vegetarian meals grown on-site
- Time for self-study and reflection
Specialized Continuing Education
If you are already a certified teacher, our shorter YACEP programs offer a chance to sharpen your skills. We offer modules in Yin Yoga, focusing on meridian theory, and Trauma-Informed Yoga, which provides practical tools based on neuroscience and polyvagal theory. These sessions are led by specialist faculty to ensure you gain actionable teaching experience.
