Our 18-acre organic farm and medicinal forest offer more than just a backdrop for practice. This is where we grow our food, find our connection to the Earth, and embrace a life guided by the rhythms of nature.

Our ashram is a sanctuary where you can live fully immersed in nature. From private moments of meditation in your room to group gatherings by the river, every aspect of life here is connected to the peaceful rhythm of the natural world.

The early morning mist rises from the Kabini River, creating a magical and calming atmosphere. This is the view that greets our students as they awaken for morning meditation, a perfect start to a day of practice.

A quiet stone bench by the river offers a perfect spot for contemplation as the sun sets. The warm colors reflecting on the water create a peaceful mood, ideal for a walking meditation or simply being present.

The sun sets over our yoga shala, casting a warm, golden glow through the trees. These beautiful evening moments are a cherished part of the day at the ashram, inviting quiet reflection and gratitude.

Even our recreation is in harmony with nature. Here, staff and guests enjoy a game of volleyball as the sun sets, a perfect way to unwind and connect after a day of intensive yoga practice.

The path to our cottages is lined with lush greenery, with the setting sun painting the sky. A quiet walk back to your room in the evening is a meditative experience in itself.

The vibrant colors of Ashoka flowers stand out against the soft light of a sunset. The natural beauty of the ashram provides constant inspiration and a reminder of the simple joys of life.

A peacock perches in a tree, silhouetted against the morning light. Observing the diverse wildlife is a daily joy at our ashram, connecting us to the vibrant ecosystem we are a part of.

A peacock surveys its surroundings from a high branch. These majestic birds are our constant companions, their presence adding to the magical and wild beauty of the ashram.

About Harmony with Nature: Our Eco-Farm & Surroundings

We operate on a strict digital detox policy, providing only 1 GB of Wi-Fi per month to help you disconnect from the noise. Our eco-huts are built with hollow clay bricks to maintain natural cooling, and while you might hear the occasional peacock or rain on the roof, you will not find air conditioning or urban distractions here.

Our home is situated directly on the banks of the Kabini River, an environment that shapes everything we do. Living here means aligning your schedule with the sunrise and the natural quiet of the forest. We believe that true learning happens when the environment supports the practice, which is why our 18-acre campus is designed as a living, breathing ecosystem.

Our meals are prepared using ingredients grown on our organic farm. You are eating what we nurture, and the herbs used in therapies are harvested from our medicinal forest. This farm-to-table approach ensures that your body receives nourishment that is as clean as the air you breathe during meditation.

Life here includes the sounds of the wild, from peacocks to the diverse birdlife that inhabits our trees. Whether you are walking through our grounds or swimming in the supervised areas of the river, the goal is to foster a sense of presence. This is not a luxury resort but a space for intentional living, where your daily routine includes pranayama, meditation, and community meals. By stepping out of the city and into this natural rhythm, students often find the mental space required for the deep transformation that our yoga programs facilitate.
