A comprehensive journey into the science and art of teaching yoga. Join our intensive program in Koramangala to deepen your personal practice and build the confidence to lead others.

I am excited to announce our upcoming 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course starting June 1st. This intensive one-month program is designed to deepen your practice and equip you with the skills to teach with confidence. Watch to see a glimpse of our practice, and check the bio for more details.

Our shala is a space for growth and community. Here, students engage in Ardha Chandrasana using blocks for alignment and explore inversions with the safety of the rope wall. This image captures the essence of our training: foundational learning supported by props and the exploration of advanced techniques.

Hands-on adjustments are a core part of learning to teach safely and effectively. In this video, I guide a student into a deeper backbend using a chair and blocks for support. This method ensures proper alignment and helps students understand the mechanics of the pose from both a practitioner's and a teacher's perspective.

My personal practice is the foundation of my teaching. This is Krishnasana, an advanced posture that requires deep hip opening and spinal flexibility. Dedication to my own journey allows me to guide you on yours with authenticity and experience.

This is a standing drop-back into Urdhva Dhanurasana, or Wheel Pose, performed in our Koramangala shala. Mastering such transitions requires core strength, spinal flexibility, and trust in your body. In our TTC, we break down these advanced movements to make them accessible and safe.

The energy of our weekend workshops is something special. This video shows glimpses of an arm balance workshop, with students practicing, receiving assists, and working together. Our training is a hands-on, interactive experience where we learn and grow as a community.

Yoga is a journey inward. Here, I am in Padmasana, meditating under a vast banyan tree. This connection to nature and the self is the philosophical heart of our practice and a key component of the TTC, reminding us why we step on the mat.

I call this the Tittibhasana Triathlon. It's a challenging sequence flowing from Utthita Tittibhasana into a walk and then Bhujapidasana. This demonstrates the level of strength, endurance, and playful exploration we cultivate in our advanced practices.
