A Glimpse into Our Sacred Ashram Grounds
We are a traditional ashram built on a riverside organic farm in Mysuru. This is where we live, practice, and find our connection to the Earth.
The Pink Trumpet tree is in full bloom, showering our ashram in beautiful pink flowers during February and March. While its bark is used in Ayurvedic medicine, we prefer to simply gaze in awe at its spectacular beauty.

About The Beauty of Our Sacred Space
You’ll notice the Cotton Rosemallow plants near our Ayurveda center—they bloom white in the morning and slowly shift to a soft pink by evening. It’s a quiet, daily lesson we watch unfold right outside our eco-huts, reminding us that constant change is just the nature of things.
Our ashram sits on an 18-acre riverside farm, and our surroundings aren't just for show—they are an active part of our healing practice. When you come here, you aren't just doing yoga in a hall; you are immersed in a living, breathing ecosystem.
In February and March, the Pink Trumpet trees cover our campus in vibrant bundles of pink. It is a stunning time to visit, but we use this season for more than just aesthetics. We encourage our students to practice forest bathing here. Stepping away from the digital world and simply watching the seasonal cycles—from the falling of petals to the blooming of lotuses near our Ayurveda center—is a form of meditation in itself.
We maintain this space as a working farm, not a manicured resort. You will see us plucking Tulsi for herbal teas and using the bark of our trees for traditional remedies. If you are looking for a place where you can study anatomy or philosophy in the morning and walk through a medicinal forest in the afternoon, this environment will support that deep, quiet focus.
