My Story
AyurYoga Eco-Ashram isn’t some fancy hotel, nah. We’re a bunch of folks living simple, right by the river in Mysore. Our place is built on organic farm land, with a forest full of healing herbs hugging us close. We start each journey with a fire ceremony - puja. Life’s chill here, staff baking cookies, puppies running wild, sometimes rainbows after yoga. People from everywhere, but all searching for a bit of real peace. Here, healing’s about the whole you, not just the body.
My Work
Yoga & Ayurveda Programs - We run yoga teacher trainings, Ayurveda retreats, yin yoga workshop, and trauma-informed yoga sessions.
Holistic Healing Approach - Daily meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda - not just asanas, it’s full-on mind-body harmony.
Farm to Table Ayurveda - Herbs for therapies like herbal pouch massage are picked fresh from our own forest. Food’s all vegetarian, grown here.
Traditional Learning & Skills - Learn yoga anatomy, philosophy, Ayurvedic cooking course, and practical treatments like abhyanga massage from experienced teachers.
Space for Real Recharge - If you’re burnt out or just want quiet, we’re your spot. Beginners, pros, anyone wanting honest transformation, come by.
