Students and teachers gather for the opening Puja ceremony of a new teacher training. This traditional ritual, filled with mantras and offerings, creates a sacred and unified atmosphere for the month of learning ahead.

The Puja ceremony is a cornerstone of the ashram experience, marking the beginning of each new training. Students sit in meditation, absorbing the peaceful and powerful vibrations of the ancient chants.

The fire ceremony, or Yajya, is a powerful practice for purification and intention setting. Here, a priest makes offerings to the fire, a ritual that we share with our students at the start of their training.

About Our Immersive Ashram Life

Living here is simple and stripped back, which is exactly why it works for deep study. You will not find air conditioning or constant Wi-Fi, but you will find a 14-hour daily routine that includes organic, farm-to-table meals and quiet spaces by the river for reflection. This is not a hotel stay; it is an invitation to fully immerse yourself in the discipline of traditional yoga without the distractions of the outside world.

Our ashram life is built on the belief that environment shapes consciousness. When you stay with us, you are not just a student attending a class; you are part of a living, breathing community. Our 18-acre riverside organic farm provides the backdrop for everything we do, from early morning meditation to the herbs we pick for our Ayurvedic treatments.

Living by Nature's Rhythm

Daily life here follows a structured, traditional routine. Your days will begin with Puja ceremonies, which we hold to invoke focus and remove obstacles before your training begins. Because our campus is designed for immersion, we intentionally keep digital connectivity limited to one gigabyte per month. This allows you to disconnect from the noise of your digital life and reconnect with the practice of Hatha yoga.

Accommodation and Community

We provide eco-hut accommodation built with hollow clay bricks, which keeps our footprint light and our environment peaceful. You will be sharing this space with people from all over the world, all searching for a similar sense of clarity.

Why We Emphasize Residential Learning

Whether you are here for a 200-hour or 300-hour Yoga Alliance accredited training, the residential aspect is critical. Living on-site allows for informal discussions with teachers, shared meals, and the organic absorption of yogic philosophy that cannot be replicated in a drop-in studio. You will eat vegetarian food grown on our farm, participate in daily communal practices, and learn the practicalities of a yogic lifestyle, not just the theory. We are here to support your transformation, provided you are ready to embrace the simplicity of an authentic ashram experience.
