This isn't just about getting a certificate. It's about deepening your own practice, mastering the mechanics of alignment, and finding your voice as a teacher. Whether you want to lead classes or simply understand the 'why' behind every pose, we provide the tools to get there.

The foundation of our teacher training is learning to see and guide the body with precision. Here, I am providing a hands-on adjustment in Utthita Trikonasana (Extended Triangle Pose), ensuring the student's spine is elongated and the shoulders are open. This focus on alignment is what makes your future teaching safe, effective, and transformative for your own students.

Many advanced poses feel out of reach, but they are not. In this video, I demonstrate how to use a block and a belt to safely approach Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose). You will learn how these simple tools provide support and build the right muscle engagement, making challenging backbends accessible and injury-free.

Have you ever dreamed of mastering a headstand? My 'Master Sirsasana' series is a core part of the training, breaking down this king of asanas into achievable steps. This is just the beginning of a journey where I guide you to build inner strength, balance, and the confidence to turn your world upside down.

Fear often holds us back, especially in deep backbends. This video shows how a yoga wheel can transform fear into freedom. By providing support for the spine, the wheel allows for a gradual, fearless opening, improving mobility and building trust in your body's capabilities.

A true spinal twist comes from correct technique, not force. Here, I am demonstrating the proper anatomical adjustment for Vakrasana (Twisted Pose). In my course, you will learn how to guide students with a gentle but firm touch, creating a deep, authentic twist that benefits the spine and internal organs.

This is the beautiful culmination of the journey. A graduation day filled with joy, connection, and the pride of accomplishment. Completing the YTTC is more than earning a certificate; it's about joining a community of like-minded souls ready to share the gift of yoga.

There is no greater reward than seeing the transformation in my students. Listen to Tanya share her experience with the 200-hour teacher training course. Her journey from student to teacher reflects the deep learning of asana, philosophy, and self-discovery that I strive to impart.

Yoga is the union of mind, body, and spirit. In this guided Om chanting meditation, we connect to the universal vibration. This practice is a vital part of the YTTC, teaching you how to center yourself and your students, and to find the profound stillness that lies within.

About Featured

When you join our training, you aren't just memorizing sequences. We focus heavily on hands-on adjustments using props like ropes, blocks, and bolsters—not as crutches, but as tools to help you understand a student's body better. You will learn to spot a misalignment in a hip or shoulder from across the room and know exactly how to guide the student into safety. It is the practical, nitty-gritty anatomy work that actually makes you a confident teacher.
