How I Approach Wellness
In yoga, pehle saans, phir movement (first breath, then movement). Most folks think you move first, but I flip it. Stable breath leads the way, and movement follows. This helps calm nerves, sharpen focus, and bring a bit of peace, even on hectic days.

My Story
So, when we kicked off Asan Yoga in 2019, honestly, I wasn't your typical yoga buff. Weightlifting, running - that was my jam. But yoga got me hooked; it’s got everything, man! Flexibility, cardio, and this crazy body awareness. Our tribe’s spread from Mumbai to Pune, Thane - feels like magic. Folks come in, and they stick around. Deepika ma’am always says, yoga is not just asanas, it’s how you live. Progress, not perfection. We meet you where you are.
