About International Teaching

When I conduct these international workshops, the environment changes, but the method remains the same. Whether in a studio in San Antonio or a yoga centre in France, I emphasize the use of props—ropes, chairs, and bricks—to help you find precise alignment. It is not about hitting a perfect pose, but about creating space in the body so the practice becomes accessible to you, regardless of your current flexibility or experience.
