I believe in making yoga accessible, which is why I offer on-site sessions for corporate teams. This allows employees to de-stress and re-energize with a guided practice without ever leaving the office.

This is a moment from one of my Hatha yoga classes, where we focus on foundational poses and mindful movement. You can see participants flowing through sequences like forward folds and Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog) in a hybrid setting.

My online yoga classes are designed for everyone, regardless of their location. Here is a snapshot of a virtual session where we work on building strength and flexibility together as a community.

In our virtual Ashtanga sessions, I maintain the traditional Sanskrit count like 'Ekam, dve, trini' to keep the practice authentic. Here, students are holding a pose to build core strength, and I can provide personalized feedback to each one.

This is a glimpse of a dynamic warm-up during an online class. We are doing a cycling exercise that is great for the knees, thighs, and abdominal muscles, helping to reduce fat around the midsection.

A hybrid class in full flow, with participants both in the studio and online. I use the traditional Sanskrit count to synchronize everyone's breath and movement, creating a unified practice experience.

I provide detailed, step-by-step instructions in my online classes to ensure proper alignment and safety. Here, I am guiding students through a sequence including Dhanurasana (Bow Pose), explaining each movement clearly.

Building core strength is a key focus, and Uttanapadasana (Raised Legs Pose) is a powerful way to do it. In this virtual class, I guide students to hold the pose at different angles, counting in Sanskrit to maintain focus and discipline.
