Ready to pick up the pace? Here are the details for my intermediate yoga flow designed specifically for moms who have already completed my postnatal rehabilitation program.
Ready to advance your practice? These Hatha Vinyasa sessions are scheduled twice a week with morning and evening options via Zoom. Each 45 minute class is designed to build on your postnatal foundation, helping you explore more advanced asanas and grow stronger.
Here is a look at a typical month of events, including our regular intermediate yoga sessions. These classes are a consistent space for you to continue your practice. Please note that my other offerings like prenatal yoga and special workshops are also listed here.

About Hatha Vinyasa Class Details
These sessions are not for beginners; they are the next chapter after you have built your foundation. We combine Hatha’s focus on posture with the movement of Vinyasa to challenge your core and stamina, but we do it safely. Since you have already done the recovery work, we can finally explore what your body is truly capable of now.
Once you finish my postnatal rehab program, the goal shifts. You have done the hard work of healing, reconnecting with your core, and understanding your pelvic floor. Now, it is time to move.
My Hatha Vinyasa classes are designed to bridge the gap between recovery and a full, fluid yoga practice. We do not just hold poses to build strength; we flow with our breath to build stamina and mental clarity. Expect to move through sun salutations, engage in mild inversions, and hold postures that challenge your stability. It is not about being the most flexible person in the room. It is about listening to the body you have now and safely progressing.
We use the Zoom format to keep it intimate and accessible. You can choose a morning batch at 7:30 AM or an evening batch at 6:15 PM, both running on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Life with a little one is unpredictable, so I provide temporary access to session recordings. If the baby wakes up or the day gets away from you, you do not miss out.
This is a space for moms who have built the foundation and are ready to see what they can do next. If you have been craving a bit more challenge, and a bit of time for yourself, this is where you belong.
