On World Meditation Day, we held a special session focused entirely on meditation. This is a core part of our offering to help employees develop mindfulness as a skill.

After a sequence of energizing backbends like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose), we guide the class into a period of rest to allow the body and nervous system to relax completely.
