We do not believe in fancy machines or AC gyms. We build functional strength, raw power, and an engine that does not quit. If you want to get real-world strong, this is where you start.

Strength and conditioning is the foundation of a fighter. Here, the team works on building powerful backs and shoulders.

Pull-ups are a staple in our gym. They build the raw upper body strength needed for punching power and clinching.

The physique of a fighter is earned, not given. This is the result of countless hours of conditioning and disciplined training.

Duck walks to build leg strength and endurance. I'm right there with them, making sure their form is correct and they push through the burn.

Even our youngest members learn the importance of conditioning. A wall sit might look simple, but it builds serious leg endurance and mental toughness.

Correcting form during a duck walk drill. It's not just about doing the exercise, it's about doing it right to build functional strength.

Fighters of all ages doing wall sits together. This builds camaraderie and shows that everyone, young or old, has to put in the same hard work.

The team doing synchronized squats. Leg power is the source of a knockout punch, and we build it from the ground up.

We keep it raw here. Shadowboxing with light dumbbells, jump rope in the background. This is real conditioning, not commercial fitness.

A mix of conditioning drills happening at once. Everyone is focused on their own grind, whether it's jump rope or weighted shadowboxing.

About Built to Last: Strength & Conditioning

Forget the treadmill and the mirror. Our conditioning happens on the track, in the dirt, and under the iron. You will be doing duck walks until your legs scream and running for miles until you find your rhythm. It is not about looking good in a commercial gym, it is about having the lungs and legs to go the distance when the round gets tough. If you have the hunger, show up.
