Our Soulful Mysore Retreat
A seven-day journey at our garden home to pause, breathe, and reset. We offer a space for stillness with daily practice, nourishing Ayurvedic food, and digital detox to help you reconnect with your inner self.
I invite you to join our Śaucam cleansing retreat with Pratik Rajani. This 7-day experience at Anokhi Garden is a journey of deep reflection guided by daily practice, rest, and stillness.
My Mysore garden home is a sanctuary designed to help you feel held and at peace. Here you can see the lush greenery, the quiet corners for reflection, and the simple charm that makes this space a true home away from home.
Your personal space during the retreat is intentionally simple and calming, a room made for slowing down. The clean, uncluttered environment with natural light supports a restful mind and helps you integrate the day's practices.
Experience the gentle rhythm of our daily schedule, from morning practices like Kriyas and Asana to evening chanting and Trataka. This video gives you a feel for our evening kirtan sessions, where we gather in community to share music and connect.
This is what my Mysore retreat offers: a peaceful stay, daily yoga and breathwork, and gentle calming practices. It is a carefully balanced mix of movement, ritual, and stillness, giving you the time and space to support a deep inner reset without rush or distraction.
Your journey begins the moment you arrive. On Day 1, we ease into the space with a relaxed evening orientation circle, share a nourishing dinner together, and wind down with evening chanting and Trataka to prepare for the week ahead.
About Our Soulful Mysore Retreat
This isn’t a resort stay with high-speed Wi-Fi and endless service buttons. We keep things simple, with non-AC rooms that allow for natural ventilation and a strict digital detox policy to ensure your mind actually gets the rest it needs. You will spend your days moving through asana and pranayama, and your evenings in quiet chanting or Trataka (candle gazing), all designed to help you strip away the urban noise.
Our seven-day retreat at Anokhi Garden is designed for those who need a real break from the city. We don’t focus on luxury amenities. Instead, we focus on the rhythm of your day. Mornings are for grounding, starting with Kriyas and Asana, followed by Pranayama to center your energy. Midday is for sensory resets and silence, allowing you the time to just be without the constant pings of a phone.
Evenings are dedicated to community and reflection. We gather for chanting or Trataka, which helps in calming the mind and improving focus. Because we host in our own garden home, the environment feels personal and lived-in. It is a space where you can let your guard down.
The food is strictly Ayurvedic and vegetarian, prepared to support your practice. We serve meals like Kitchari and fresh herbal teas to keep your body light and nourished. Since this is a home-based experience, you will find yourself in a heritage-style setup, where the focus is on natural ventilation and quiet. Whether you are a beginner or a long-time practitioner, the aim is to help you leave with a clearer mind and a refreshed sense of self.
