Your daily schedule, including specific Ayurvedic therapies like Shirodhara or Abhyanga, is determined only after a diagnostic session with our in-house doctor to match your unique dosha constitution.

The Daily Rhythm
We structure your stay around balance:
- Morning Practice: Hatha and Ashtanga sessions to wake up the body.
- Therapeutic Care: Treatments such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, or Podikizhi are prescribed based on your Ayurvedic consultation.
- Nourishment: You will eat three Sattvic vegetarian meals daily, served community-style. This is an intentional part of our program to foster social connection and keep your digestion light.
