Welcome to our urban ashram. We have built this Bandra space for connection, stillness, and healing—a sanctuary where you can leave the city’s noise at the door and find your center.

About Our Community & Healing Space

When you walk into our Bandra bungalow, you aren't just joining a class; you are stepping into a collective. We keep our sessions small, typically 12 to 20 participants, so you can actually connect with the people around you rather than just staring at the back of a mat. Whether you come for a breathwork journey or just a quiet afternoon in our cafe, this space is designed to let you drop the mask and breathe.

We view The Yoga House not as a gym, but as an urban ashram. Our Bandra space is built on the idea that healing happens in community, not isolation. That is why we integrate the cafe, library chats, and dinner-with-strangers events right alongside our Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga classes.

When you join a session here, you will notice the difference in the atmosphere. We use sound healing, aromatherapy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities like acupuncture and moxibustion to address stress that standard exercise might miss. Our sound baths are immersive, using Paiste gongs and crystal bowls to help you clear energetic blockages.

If you are feeling stuck, our breathwork journeys—including 9D sessions and conscious connected breathwork—offer a way to rewire old patterns. For those looking for something more structured, our certification courses in Reiki and sound healing are facilitated by experienced teachers who prioritize hands-on practice. Come as you are, and leave with a calmer mind.
