About this collection

Each performance is a unique offering, shaped by the acoustics of the space and the mood of the audience. I believe in the power of the Guru-Shishya parampara, which is why I often perform in traditional 'Baithak' setups where the audience is close enough to feel the vibration of the strings. If you are interested in a concert, please mention the venue type so we can coordinate the right amplification for your space.

My musical journey has been blessed with opportunities to share the sitar and surbahar on platforms like the National Institute of Design in Bhopal and the Savitri Bai Phule Pune University. These moments are more than just concerts. Receiving the 'Sucheta Natu Protsahanpar Puraskar' from Gaanvardhan in Pune remains a humble highlight of my life.

When I perform at a music festival or a private event, I approach it with the same discipline used in my daily riyaaz. Whether it is a formal jugalbandi with a tabla player or a solo recital, the aim is to bring peace to the listeners. I perform traditional raags like Yaman and Bhimpalas, ensuring the essence of the composition remains pure.

Logistics are important for a good sound. For formal setups, I am comfortable with traditional diwan seating, and I work with specific pickups for natural amplification. If you are hosting a religious event or a cultural festival, I can help curate a setlist that fits the occasion, from energetic instrumental covers to meditative spiritual melodies.
