What My Students Say About Anahata Yoga
Hearing about the positive changes in my students' lives is the greatest reward. Read what they have to say about their healing journey here.
I am so grateful when students share their experiences. Knowing that my personal attention and the calm, zen atmosphere of the studio help create a healing experience is immensely rewarding. Every session is tailored to your unique needs.
About Words from My Students
My studio isn’t just a place to practice poses, it is a space designed to help you decompress, whether you are managing chronic back pain or simply looking for a mental reset. When a student tells me that an hour in the studio was the best part of their day, it confirms that the personal, one-on-one attention is exactly what helps the healing process stick.
Finding Your Path at Anahata
I started Anahata, which means 'unhurt' or 'infinite' in Sanskrit, to create a space where you can explore yoga without the pressure of needing to be flexible or 'good' at it. The reviews you see here are from people who walked in feeling stressed, stiff, or unsure, and found something different: a practice that meets them exactly where they are.
Why Students Choose This Space
Many of my students come to me specifically for:
- Therapeutic Aerial Yoga: We use low-hanging hammocks to gently decompress the spine. It is less about fancy acrobatics and more about gravity-assisted healing for back pain and stiffness.
- Happiness Analysis: My sessions often begin with a diagnostic approach to identify your specific stress triggers and emotional blocks, helping us tailor your practice.
- A Safe Environment: Whether it is private therapeutic sessions or small group classes in my Gurugram studio, the focus is on a calm, boutique atmosphere where you are never just a number in a crowd.
Moving Beyond the Asanas
Yoga is YogashchittavRuttinirodhaH, or the restraint of the modifications of the mind. It is not just about moving your body, but about finding a bit of stillness within the noise of daily life. My approach blends breathwork, restorative floor postures, and meditation to help you reconnect with yourself. If you are curious about how we can work together to address your specific needs, whether it is physical discomfort or simply finding a bit of peace, let’s have a conversation.
