We push boundaries through conceptual studies, exploring how climate-responsive design and biophilic systems can define the future of our urban environments.

This is a sectional drawing from our competition pitch for the Detroit Waterfront, titled 'The Crown Jewel'. It illustrates the ambitious scale of the project, with three towers housing residences, a hotel, and public spaces, all connected by a central winter garden.

A key concept for our Detroit proposal was the central pyramid housing a 'Winter Garden'. We envisioned this as a significant public space, a green lung for the building that represents a new beginning for the city.

These are the floor plans for our 'Crown Jewel of Detroit' concept. The diagrams show the complex geometry and the flow between the public concourse, people mover access, and the typical residential and hotel floors above.

Our concept for an outdoor meeting pod, showing the context-inspired materiality. We proposed using clay roofing tiles, a steel truss system, and a central courtyard to create a structure that is both modern and regionally appropriate.

This design detail explains our concept of using a 'Green Wall as Jali'. In our meeting pod design, living plants act as a natural screen to filter light, absorb sound, and improve air quality, serving as a passive, biophilic alternative to air conditioning.

About Conceptual Designs & Architectural Visions

We do not draft these concepts simply to generate images. We use these preliminary studies to stress-test our design logic against real-world challenges, such as optimizing a structure for passive cooling or maximizing the utility of complex urban sites. Every concept, from our Green Wall Jali systems to waterfront master plans, is an exercise in creating spaces that breathe and function in harmony with their surroundings.
