ALTURA Residences: Elevated Modern Living

We designed ALTURA to be more than just a home. By combining biophilic principles with clean, structural lines, we created a living space that feels connected to the sky and the local landscape.

The living room at ALTURA is defined by a feature wall with earthy, textured panels and integrated shelving. The large sectional sofa and warm, layered lighting create an inviting space for relaxation and socializing.

This living space at ALTURA opens up to the outdoors through large glass doors. The interior design uses a neutral palette and natural materials to maintain a strong connection with the exterior view, even at night.

The dining area in the ALTURA project is bright and airy, with a bold abstract painting and a vibrant rug adding color and personality. The design is clean and modern, perfect for both family meals and formal dining.

This bedroom design for ALTURA features a textured concrete-finish wall panel behind the bed. A long wooden ledge acts as a continuous headboard and display shelf, adding warmth and a strong horizontal line to the space.

About ALTURA Residences: Elevated Modern Living

In the ALTURA project, our focus was on managing the relationship between indoor privacy and outdoor openness. We used floor-to-ceiling glazing and strategically placed courtyards to ensure each living space captures natural daylight without excessive heat gain, maintaining a consistent, passive cooling effect throughout the day.

We are a collaborative studio, sketching in the morning and getting our hands dirty on site by the afternoon. We believe design is about the small, meaningful details that build a home, from the way light hits a wall to the flow of a room.

This double-height living space is defined by its connection to the outdoors. Expansive glass walls dissolve the boundary between the interior and the garden, flooding the room with natural light and creating a serene, open atmosphere that embodies our approach to modern residential design.8
I designed this residence as a composition of bold, interlocking forms. The cylindrical concrete volumes create a powerful sculptural statement, softened by integrated planters and rooftop greenery that introduce a biophilic element to the modern facade.
I believe transitional spaces should be experiential. Here, an indoor garden is integrated directly into the staircase, transforming the act of moving through the home into a moment of connection with nature. Backlit steps and raw concrete walls complete this serene composition.
The master bathroom is treated as a sanctuary. In this design, dramatic Panda White marble with bold veining forms the dual vanity, contrasted with dark wood walls and minimalist brass fixtures to create a space of sophisticated and luxurious calm.

We designed this multi-level villa to be a statement of modern luxury. The facade combines vast glass panels with textured marble and integrated green spaces, creating a dynamic interplay of materials and a strong connection to the outdoors.8
This rooftop terrace is designed as a private oasis. We incorporated a tranquil water body, a floating fire pit, and plush seating to create a seamless extension of the living space, perfect for relaxation and entertaining under the sky.
In this living area, we used a rich palette of emerald green and brushed gold to create a sense of opulent comfort. The design balances bold color with clean lines and natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooking the sea.
We believe in blurring the lines between inside and out. This open-plan design connects the kitchen and living area directly to an outdoor terrace bar, creating a fluid space for entertainment and daily life.

A study in textures and tones. This living space blends vintage brass accents and a traditional bronze statue with modern furniture silhouettes. The pleated sofa, swivel armchairs, and geometric rug create a layered, sophisticated aesthetic.16

This is the heart of our Twin Courtyard House. We designed this tranquil pooja area to be surrounded by green space and natural light from a double-height skylight, creating a peaceful sanctuary that connects the home's spiritual core with the outdoors.8
This architectural render for the Kanthi Residence shows our approach to multi-level urban homes. We use a warm brick facade, extensive glazing, and integrated planters to create a dynamic elevation that brings greenery and character to every floor.
The living area of the Cube House demonstrates how we use vertical space. A double-height ceiling and a large skylight make this compact home feel expansive, while the stone-clad wall adds texture and warmth, connecting the different levels of the house.
