This is the first impression of our work, a curated look into our design philosophy. We've selected these images to showcase our signature 'Modern Heritage' style, our passion for biophilic design that connects spaces with nature, and our obsession with the small, meaningful details that bring a project to life.
The Courtyard Glasshouse: Biophilic Residential Design
This 4,530 sq ft home is designed to breathe with nature. We used double-height glass walls, self-shading courtyards, and cross-ventilation to create a space that is filled with light and naturally comfortable through the seasons.
Modern Royale: Luxury Regency-Inspired Interiors
For this duplex residence, we blended the grace of Regency design with modern clarity and comfort. The result is a home composed of marble, rich woods, and soft light, where timeless luxury feels refined and livable.
Bangalore Club: A Modern Heritage Renovation
We reimagined the wellness and transition spaces of the historic Bangalore Club to enhance flow and honor its heritage character. We focused on thoughtful zoning, warm materials, and refined details to create an experience that is both elegant and highly functional.
ALTURA Residences: Elevated Modern Living
In the ALTURA project, our vision was to create spaces that feel elevated, both literally and figuratively. We designed interiors where light, texture, and clean lines come together to create a sense of quiet luxury and connection to the sky.
Conceptual Designs & Architectural Visions
We constantly explore new ideas in architecture and design, from large-scale urban developments to innovative commercial spaces. This is where we push boundaries, experiment with sustainable systems, and envision the future of built environments.
Our Process and Philosophy
Our name, Amālgrain, comes from amalgamating 'grains' or key design units into meaningful spaces. We are a collaborative studio, and our process is hands-on, from initial concepts to the final details on site.
