You will notice that these photos are not staged or filtered for perfection. This is the result of keeping my nutrition clean and my training consistent, even on days I just wanted to rest. Whether I am cutting for definition or building volume, the principle remains the same: keep the form tight, fuel the body properly, and do not skip the basics.
The physique you see in these images is not the product of a magic pill or a crash diet. It is the byproduct of the same process I teach my clients every day. When I talk about 'Rokne ka nayi' (don't stop), I mean showing up for that 6 AM session or sticking to your macros when you are traveling.
