The prep has begun. Here I am spotting a new client who is starting his journey into men's physique. I provide guidance on everything from lifting technique to posing from day one.

I stand right there on the gym floor, spotting your heavy compound lifts and correcting your form until your technique is perfect. Real change happens when you show up every day, and I am here to make sure every single rep counts.

The Iron Way: No Shortcuts

Many think a trainer is someone who just tells you what to do. At my gym, that is not how it works. I am a 'Promaker', and my job is to get you the results you came for. Whether you are aiming for your first stage appearance or you need to refine your physique for a Pro Card, my approach is hands-on.

My Training Philosophy

  • Hands-on Spotting: I am not watching from the sidelines. I am there to spot your sets, push your limits, and ensure you are lifting with the right tempo.
  • Form First: If your technique is sloppy, you won't grow. I fix your angles and posture in real-time. If you are training online, I do this via video feedback so you still get the correction you need.
  • The 'Khiladi' Mindset: You can have the best diet, but without the hunger to push through the pain, you will not win. I am here to build that mindset in you.

How We Work

My coaching is about adaptation. We don't stick to a plan if it's not working. From meal prep to your peak week water manipulation for contests, I manage the variables.

  • In-Gym: We train 6 days a week. You get full access to the Team Iron Champs facility in Bulandshahr.
  • Online: You get the same intensity through structured programming, video reviews, and strict diet accountability.
