You don't build a body by just dreaming. You build it with sweat and pain. This video shows the intensity of a bicep curl session, focusing on the muscle contraction needed for growth.

From setting up the weight to the final rep, I am there. This client is performing a barbell shoulder press, a key compound movement for building powerful deltoids, and I am spotting him to ensure safety and intensity.

Perfecting the bicep curl to build that peak. I am guiding my client to maintain strict form, avoiding momentum to maximize muscle fiber recruitment. Notice the vascularity, a sign of low body fat achieved through my diet plans.

About The Grind: Hands-On Training

When you train with me, I do not stand in the corner looking at my phone. I am right there spotting your PR attempts, whether it is a heavy shoulder press or a barbell row. If your back rounds or your elbow flares out during a set, I will correct it instantly. We do not train for ego here; we train to build muscle while keeping your joints safe.

No Comfort Zone

Building a physique is not about how many hours you spend in the gym; it is about how much mechanical tension you create in those hours. Most people go through the motions without ever pushing the muscle to failure. My approach at Mad Bull Noida is different. I force you to maintain strict form even when the weight gets heavy.

The Process

We focus on hypertrophy training that respects your anatomy. If you are doing a preacher curl, your arm should be isolated—not your back or legs. I monitor your tempo, your range of motion, and your breathing. If you are in the middle of a cutting phase or a bulk, your rep ranges and rest periods change. I make those adjustments daily based on how your body looks in the mirror, not just what the chart says.

Why Hands-On Matters

  • Safety: Heavy lifting carries risks. Having a seasoned eye watch your squat depth and spinal alignment is the difference between consistent progress and an injury that sets you back months.
  • Intensity: Sometimes you think you are done, but you have two more reps in the tank. I will be the one to ensure you actually hit that failure point.
  • Mind-Muscle Connection: I teach you to feel the squeeze. If you are just moving weight from point A to point B, you are wasting your time. We work on controlling the eccentric phase to maximize fiber recruitment.
