About Our Sangat: In-Person & Online Classes
I teach Kundalini Yoga not as an exercise, but as a technology to regulate your nervous system. In my weekend sessions, we combine 75-90 minutes of kriyas, breathwork, and chanting designed to shift you out of the daily 'overload' state. You don’t need to be flexible to start; you just need to show up and breathe.

Kundalini Yoga is a science of awareness, and my classes are designed to help you tap into that. Whether you are joining my online membership or attending an in-person session in Delhi or Gurgaon, the goal is always the same: to move stuck energy, soothe the nervous system, and come back to your own center.
What to Expect in Class
- Kriyas: We use structured movement sets designed to achieve specific outcomes, whether it's building physical courage or releasing mental fatigue.
- Breathwork & Mantra: The 'technology' we use involves rhythmic breathing and sound currents. This isn't just chanting; it's about stimulating your meridians to shift your emotional state.
- No Judgment, Just Growth: I hold space for all levels. Whether you are a total beginner who has never sat on a mat or someone who has been practicing for years, you are welcome here.
In-Person and Online Options
- Live Online Weekend Classes: These 8 sessions a month are designed to fit into your weekend routine. If you miss a session, you get 7-day recording access, ensuring you stay consistent with your practice.
- In-Person Workshops: I frequently host sessions at curated spaces like The Sharan Yoga Shala in Panchsheel Park or The Vault. These are immersive experiences that allow us to go deeper, often incorporating sound healing with crystal bowls or gongs to deepen the relaxation.
My practice is rooted in the belief that we are all miracles. We are one. When we practice together as a Sangat, the energy amplifies, making it easier to overcome the mental blocks we face in our day-to-day lives. Join us to find that sense of connection.
