About Find Your Inner Peace

When we focus on mental peace, I do not ask you to sit still for an hour if you are new to this. We start with simple Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and mindfulness techniques that you can actually squeeze in before work or right after getting home. It is about lowering your stress levels and reclaiming your time without needing to commute to a studio.

More Than Just Poses

In our sessions, we move beyond the physical. Whether you are dealing with the daily grind of Mumbai traffic, job pressure, or simply looking for better sleep, we tailor the practice to your state of mind.

How we structure your peace:

  • Breath-led Flow: We use Pranayama as the foundation. It is the fastest way to signal to your nervous system that it is time to relax.
  • Mindful Movement: Even in our active flows, we maintain a pace that allows you to stay connected to your breath, rather than just rushing through a sequence.
  • Guided Dhyan (Meditation): For those who find it hard to sit still, we use guided visualizations and sound to help you settle into the present moment.

Can you practice at home?

Yes. You do not need a massive studio or expensive equipment. I use whatever floor space you have available. If you have a corner of your living room, that is your sanctuary. We use the environment you are already comfortable in, which makes it significantly easier to stay consistent.

  • Is this for beginners? Absolutely. If you have never meditated, we start with 5 minutes of focused breathing and build up from there.
  • What if I have back pain? We integrate gentle restorative poses, like Balasana (Child's Pose), to release tension while we work on your breathing.
