About Our Space: The AoS Playground
You won't find rows of treadmills or mirrors for vanity here. Instead, our Indiranagar and Whitefield floors are built for functional movement, featuring rigs, monkey bars, and open floor space. It is a place where you can test your strength, recover from an injury, or simply find a corner to focus on your mobility without someone hovering over you.
Our approach starts with how we build our spaces. We stripped away the noise—no rows of isolating machines, no judgment-filled lineups—and focused on equipment that translates to real-world strength. When you walk into an AoS studio, you are stepping into an environment where the gear matches the goal.
The rig is the centerpiece, designed for pull-ups, hanging leg raises, and the occasional complex movement. We have competition kettlebells for your strength work, bumper plates for those heavy lifts, and a bouldering wall to build grip strength and coordination.
We also know that you need space to cool down or prep. Our outdoor hangout spots are for that exact reason—catching your breath, stretching, or just chatting with fellow members. It is this mix of high-intensity zones and relaxed areas that makes our playground different. Whether you are prepping for a 6-week intensive cohort or dropping into a casual skill session, the layout is designed to keep you engaged, safe, and supported.
