This is the vibe of our indoor Zumba classes. A room full of energy, easy-to-follow moves, and great music makes this cardio dance session feel more like a party than a workout.
We also focus on functional fitness to build real-world strength. This client is working on coordination and power using an agility ladder and weighted ball, a great workout for beginners and regulars alike.

I started Vision of Christ Fitness because I wanted to move away from the 'cookie-cutter' gym experience. Here, we prioritize how you feel over just the numbers on a scale. We combine traditional cardio and weight training with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Zumba, and aerobics to ensure you never hit a plateau.
Access Across Bangalore
Your membership isn't tied to one building. Whether you live near Naagarabavi, Laggere, Anjanagara, or Moodalpalya, you have walk-in access to all four locations. It’s designed to fit your commute and your schedule, with our gyms open from 5 AM to 10 PM.
What You Get With Your Membership
- Group Classes: We run 3 to 4 scheduled sessions per week, including Zumba (Dance Fitness), Aerobics, and TRX basics. Expect Kannada, Tamil, and Punjabi tracks that keep the energy high.
- Functional Training: We use agility ladders, battle ropes, and weighted balls to help you build strength that actually helps in your daily life.
- Modern Amenities: Our Naagarabavi branch features air-conditioning, steam rooms, and shower facilities to make your post-workout cleanup seamless.
- Dietary Support: Every member gets a template-based diet chart (Fat Loss or Muscle Gain) and BMI tracking to keep you aligned with your health goals.
Our Philosophy
