For those who want to focus entirely on building muscle, I offer Double Strength. This program has no cardio, just targeted exercises with kettlebells, dumbbells, and more to help you build pure strength.

Here are two members performing lunges with an overhead press during a Double Strength session. This class is perfect if you love lifting and want to focus solely on strength work without the cardio component.

Our Circuit Dash 20 class is a balanced and energizing workout. It blends 20 minutes of cardio to improve endurance with 20 minutes of strength training to build power, giving you the best of both worlds.

This member is performing an overhead press, a key movement in our structured and scalable programs. Every workout is designed to make you feel stronger each week, with clear goals and progressive overload.

You don't need to be an elite athlete to join our Hyrox training. All you need is a mindset to try something new. It's for anyone ready to move better, get stronger, and feel unstoppable.

This is our Double Strength program, which focuses purely on strength training with no cardio. It's a great option for those looking to maximize muscle gain and power.

Beat Burn is one of our high-energy classes that combines strength and conditioning with great music. It's designed to be fun, challenging, and leave you feeling accomplished.

Jericho is another one of our signature strength-focused classes. It's a challenging workout designed to push your limits and build serious strength and endurance.

To maintain muscle mass, especially as you get older, I recommend strength training at least twice a week. My variety of classes ensures you can find the right fit to stay consistent.
