For those who want to focus entirely on building muscle, I offer Double Strength. This program has no cardio, just targeted exercises with kettlebells, dumbbells, and more to help you build pure strength.

Our Circuit Dash 20 class is a balanced and energizing workout. It blends 20 minutes of cardio to improve endurance with 20 minutes of strength training to build power, giving you the best of both worlds.

About this collection

We started BlackBx because we were tired of the 'grind culture' that doesn't actually get people to their goals. On the gym floor at our Kasturba Road studio, you won't find random routines. Every class is designed with a specific outcome in mind.

Our Core Programs

Double Strength If you want to focus purely on building power without the cardio component, this is the class. We use kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells to prioritize lifting technique. It is perfect if your goal is muscle gain and bone density improvement.

Circuit Dash 20 Need variety? This class is split: 20 minutes of conditioning and 20 minutes of strength. It keeps your heart rate up while ensuring you don't lose strength capacity. It is the best of both worlds.

The 40+ Rebuild & Reset Fitness changes as you age. We focus on low-impact, joint-friendly movements that help prevent sarcopenia and improve daily mobility. You don't need to lift heavy to see results; you just need to lift smart.
