Feel the muscle. Here, I am guiding a client through a lat pulldown, making sure he engages his back correctly for a better contraction. This is how we build that cobra back.

Under the watchful eye of my Guruji, I pass on the knowledge to the next generation. Here, I am ensuring proper form and intensity during a lat pulldown session.

Leg day is brutal, and proper form is critical. I am here spotting and motivating my client through lying leg curls to ensure he gets every last rep safely.

Pushing past failure is where growth happens. I am spotting my brother Sachin Dalal on the incline press, giving him the confidence to handle heavy weight and build a powerful chest.

About My Commitment to Your Growth

You do not need to lift the heaviest plate on day one. You need to hit the muscle that actually makes it grow. When we train together, I watch your elbow path, your breath, and your range of motion. If you are not feeling the target muscle, the weight is too heavy for your ego. We correct it, we lock it in, and then we grow.

I grew up with the philosophy that time is not given, it is made. My training at Dronacharya The Gym follows a strict system derived from the lessons of my Guruji, Mukesh Gahlot.

My coaching style is based on three pillars:

  • Technique First: We avoid injury by fixing form before adding weight. You will learn to control the negative portion of every rep to maximize muscle fiber recruitment.
  • Intentional Intensity: Spotting is not just about helping you lift the bar. It is about giving you the confidence to push to true failure, safely, so you stimulate real growth.
  • The System: Whether you are doing my 1-on-1 sessions or the remote transformation program, everything is tracked. We adjust your macros and training volume based on your actual, physical progress, not guesses.
