If you walk in expecting an easy ride, prepare to be surprised. Whether you’re a pro athlete, a golfer needing hip stability, or someone recovering from an injury, my sessions are modified to meet you exactly where you are. We don't do easy here; we do effective.

Pilates was invented by a man, Joseph Pilates, and it is rooted in military-style conditioning. It is physically demanding, precise, and highly effective for building functional strength.
Why it’s for Everyone
- For Men: My male clients often come in skeptical and leave realizing that Pilates is one of the most challenging core workouts they have ever done. It is not about stretching; it is about building the deep internal strength that supports heavy lifting, running, or golf.

Because we use specialized equipment like the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair, I can provide the precise level of support or resistance your body needs, something a general group class simply cannot offer.

My studio at the JW Marriott, Bengaluru, is built on the Classical Pilates system. We do not chase trends. We follow the method that focuses on control, breath, flow, and precision. You will not find music blaring or instructors shouting from a podium. You will find a dedicated, quiet space where we focus entirely on your movement and your body.
