From a simple idea to a finished dream, this is the story of how the studio came to life. I worked with designers to ensure every detail supports a feeling of calm, focus, and mindfulness.

About The Aatma Studio: Your Sanctuary
Since this is a private, studio-based practice, you are not here to mimic an instructor from a distance. Every session at the JW Marriott is 1-on-1 or a duet, focusing on Classical Pilates principles like control, breath, and precision. You get full access to professional Balanced Body apparatus, and because I believe in recovery as much as training, you can use the hotel's steam and sauna facilities after we finish.
Classical Pilates is physically demanding. It is not yoga, and it is not meant to be soft. When you train in my studio, you are following the original methodology—the same rigor that athletes use for injury prevention and strength conditioning.
Whether you are a complete beginner learning the fundamentals or an experienced practitioner looking for the 500+ exercises within the classical system, the structure remains the same: highly personalized and deeply intentional. We do not do crowded classes. We focus on body mapping, posture analysis, and the six pillars of Pilates: concentration, control, centering, flow, precision, and breath.
Located on the health floor of the JW Marriott on Vittal Mallya Road, the environment is intentionally curated to be quiet and private. It is a space to step away from the city noise and focus entirely on your movement. This is not just about getting a sweat on; it is about building a foundation of strength that improves your performance in running, golf, or simply getting through your day with better posture.
Everything is provided. You just need to bring your focus. And since training is only part of the process, you have full access to the luxury spa amenities at the hotel to round out your recovery.
