Creative Asana Flows for Balance and Strength
Yoga is more than just holding a shape; it is an expression of movement. I explore artistic lines and fluid transitions here to help you find stability, rhythm, and peace in your body.
Eagle mode activated. Garudasana, or Eagle Pose, is a powerful standing balance that improves coordination and opens the shoulders and hips. Here I am finding my focus and strength among the trees.
A bound Eagle Pose for a very twisty Thursday. This variation deepens the stretch in the shoulders and upper back while challenging your balance even further.
The desire for symmetry, for balance, for rhythm in form. This creative standing forward bend with crossed arms and legs is a beautiful exploration of lines and shapes.
To lines and shapes. This variation of Anandabalasana, or Happy Baby Pose, creates a beautiful, symmetrical pattern. It's a restorative pose that also gently opens the hips.
This is 'Infinity Eagle Pose', a creative variation of chair pose that challenges wrist extension and balance. It's a beautiful shape that requires focus and stability.
A black and white shot of 'Infinity Eagle Pose', highlighting the intricate bind of the arms and the strength required in the legs to hold the pose.
An opportunity that quietly stole my heart. This photo was from my first-ever billboard photoshoot, a moment where I faced my fears and found the courage to be seen.
The little girl in me loved this. Dancing in the Bangalore rain, turning an ordinary day into an extraordinary one. It's a reminder to always embrace your inner child.
I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become. This dramatic, silhouetted wheel pose variation from a photoshoot represents the strength and resilience we cultivate through our practice.
There are always two people in the picture: the photographer and the viewer. This monochrome portrait captures a moment of quiet introspection and zen during my practice.
About Art of Asana: Creative Shapes & Flows
My sessions aren't just about holding a shape for a photo. We use alignment cues to build true functional strength, so whether you’re working on an Eagle variation or just starting your journey, you are learning how to move with intention. I focus on small, capped batches so I can provide the hands-on adjustments you actually need to find your own version of stability.
Finding Your Flow
I treat every session as a conversation between your body and your breath. In these creative flows, we move through Power Yoga sequences that aren't just about repetition; they are about understanding how to move with control.
Why Props Matter
You will see me use yoga wheels, blocks, and straps often. These aren't shortcuts. They are tools that help you understand your own anatomy, deepen your stretches, and safely progress toward more complex arm balances or hip openers. If you are struggling with a pose, we use the wall or a block to bridge the gap until your body builds the strength to move independently.
My Approach in Bengaluru
I offer hybrid classes that blend in-person intensity with the convenience of home practice. Whether you join my Power & Vinyasa batches in Bengaluru or book a 1-on-1 session for specific goals—like injury recovery or mastering a handstand—the focus is always on consistency and abhyaas (practice).
Yoga should leave you feeling energized, not drained. My goal is to help you build a practice that feels sustainable for your lifestyle, whether you are a runner looking for recovery or a beginner wanting to improve mobility.
