Shoulder pain is common in athletes, often due to rotator cuff injuries from repetitive movements. My rehabilitation programs focus on restoring shoulder function and preventing future injuries.
An ACL injury is a significant setback for any athlete. It involves a tear in a key knee ligament, and recovery typically requires surgery followed by a structured physiotherapy rehabilitation program.
Runner's knee can be a frustrating injury. This video explains the symptoms and how to prevent it by strengthening your quadriceps and wearing proper footwear.
A groin strain, or a tear in the inner thigh muscles, can be avoided with proper warm-ups and strengthening. If an injury does occur, my physiotherapy programs ensure a safe and effective recovery.

About Sports Injury Rehabilitation
You might think rest is the only answer to a sports injury, but complete inactivity often slows down your recovery. At my clinic, I don't just wait for the pain to fade. I use active rehabilitation, such as K-Tape for structural support and proprioception training on wobble boards, to rebuild your mobility and strength from the very first session.
Whether you are a professional athlete or a weekend warrior, injuries like ACL tears, runner's knee, and rotator cuff strains require more than just painkillers. They need a systematic approach to restore function. My rehabilitation philosophy is built on over 25 years of experience: identifying the root cause of your pain rather than simply treating the symptoms.
My Rehab Process
- Initial Assessment: We start with a 20-30 minute evaluation to check your range of motion and neurological responses, determining exactly what went wrong.
- Advanced Intervention: For chronic conditions or severe tears, I use Class 4 Laser Therapy for rapid tissue repair, dry needling to release deep myofascial tension, and cupping therapy to improve local blood flow.
- Functional Movement: Recovery isn't just about the injury site. I work on your biomechanics, improving core stability and balance to ensure that when you return to your sport, you are moving better than before the injury occurred.
On-Field Expertise
My work extends beyond the clinic. Having served as an on-field physio for tournaments like the Sports Commune Premier League, I understand the immediate pressure of sports injuries. I provide everything from pre-game warm-ups to emergency gait training. If you are struggling with a persistent sports injury in Delhi, my goal is to get you back to your game safely. If you cannot travel, I also bring my full equipment set, including portable TENS units and ultrasound machines, to your home for consistent rehab.

I have been helping athletes get back to their peak since 1999. Whether it's managing an ACL recovery or correcting a nagging groin strain, my approach combines honest, hands-on manual therapy with the same techniques I use on the cricket field.
