This is me practicing my deadlifts. It's a fundamental movement for building overall strength, especially in your back and legs. I focus on proper form to build functional strength that helps you lift things safely and effectively in everyday life, not just in the gym.

Here I am working on some boxing combinations with my coach. I love incorporating boxing and MMA drills into my training because they are a fantastic full body workout, great for cardio, and an amazing way to build confidence and relieve stress.

Mobility is key to everything we do. In this short video, I demonstrate a few essential mobility drills that I include in my warmups. These movements help improve your joint range of motion, prepare your body for a workout, and aid in faster recovery.

Ever wonder how your muscles actually work? I explain the basic science of muscle contraction in this video, showing how different muscles are responsible for pushing, pulling, and lifting movements. Understanding this helps us train smarter and more effectively together.

I'm starting my own 3 month transformation challenge, and I'm taking you along for the ride. This is about more than just looks; it's about building strength, trying new exercises like kettlebell swings and dumbbell presses, and staying consistent with a balanced diet plan.

The reality of leg day. The energy during the workout is high, but the next day can be full of 'dukh, dard, peeda'. I get it because I go through it too. It's all part of the process of getting stronger, and I'll be there to motivate you through it.

My approach is simple: I break down fitness science so you know exactly why we are doing a specific movement. If you feel lost in the gym, we start by fixing your form on basics like deadlifts and squats, then layer in functional exercises that help with daily tasks like climbing stairs or carrying groceries.

  • Mobility & Flow: A stiff body is prone to injury. We incorporate dynamic stretches and animal flow movements to keep your joints healthy and your recovery fast.
  • Combat Conditioning: We mix in boxing and MMA-inspired drills. It is a fantastic way to handle stress and get your heart rate up without getting bored on a treadmill.
  • Nutrition Guidance: I do not believe in crash diets. We look at your current habits and structure simple 'Desi' meals with focus on protein intake to match your training intensity.

I conduct personal training sessions at partner gym facilities across Noida and Greater Noida. Whether you need a recurring 12-session monthly package to stay consistent or just a one-off technical clinic to analyze your biomechanics, we can find a format that fits your schedule.
