The best part of any supper club is sharing the stories behind the food. I personally present each course to my guests, explaining the ingredients and inspiration.

About The Supper Club Experience
I host these dinners at my residence to keep the atmosphere focused and conversational. Because seating is limited to 8-10 guests per evening, I recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your spot at the table.
My supper clubs are designed around the rhythm of a dinner party rather than a restaurant service. Whether hosted at my home or a partner venue, the goal is to provide a multi-course journey that allows you to relax and fully engage with your company.
The menu follows a modern European structure, blending classical French techniques I honed in Toronto with the ingredients available here in Bangalore. You might find a handcrafted pasta course like Agnolotti Tigre followed by a main featuring locally sourced proteins, prepared with a classic jus.
The evening moves at a natural pace. I present every course personally, explaining the inspiration behind the ingredients and the preparation method. This is not a fast-paced service; it is an evening to be savoured.
Practical details to consider:
- The residence dinners are strictly capped at 10 guests to maintain a communal dining atmosphere.
- The tasting menu consists of 5 courses, moving from an amuse-bouche to a final dessert.
- While I provide mocktails, these dinners are BYOB, so you are welcome to bring the wine you prefer.
- If you have specific dietary requirements, please mention them at the time of booking so I can adapt the menu.
