Mere liye yoga sirf poses nahi, ek sadhana hai. Here is a look at the advanced asanas I practice to keep my body and mind sharp, whether I am at the Qutub Minar or by the river.

Performing a sequence of advanced asanas with the historic Qutub Minar in the background. This is my way of connecting with my city and my practice.

A short clip of my personal practice, flowing through complex arm balances and flexibility postures by the river. This level of practice is the foundation of my teaching.

Working on Bakasana (Crow Pose), an arm balance that requires significant strength and focus. I teach the step-by-step process to achieve such poses.

A flow sequence that combines deep stretches and balance. Consistent practice is the key to progress in yoga.

Demonstrating a full forward bend in a wide-legged stance (Prasarita Padottanasana). This pose is excellent for hamstring flexibility and calming the mind.

Practicing Yoganidrasana, also known as the yogic sleep pose. This is a very advanced posture that deeply opens the hips and relaxes the entire nervous system.

About My Advanced Yoga Practice

Advanced yoga isn't just about twisting your body; it is about aligning your breath with your movement to unlock deep physical and mental tension. While the poses in these photos might look intense, I teach them by breaking down the strength and flexibility required to reach them safely, without any unnecessary drama.
