I see yoga as a way to discover yourself, not just twist into shapes. Here is a look at my teaching style, the progress my students make, and the philosophy behind my classes.

As a teacher, my first priority is always safety. Here, I am carefully guiding my young student into an advanced backbend, ensuring she feels supported and confident as she explores her body's flexibility and strength. This hands-on approach helps build trust and proper form from the very beginning.

Yoga can be practiced anywhere. In this outdoor session, I'm helping a student deepen her standing side bend, focusing on alignment to improve flexibility in her spine and hamstrings. I believe in patient guidance to help each child understand their body's capabilities.

It's amazing to see my students build such incredible strength and focus. This video shows a seamless transition from a headstand variation into Bakasana, or Crow Pose. This sequence demonstrates the core strength, balance, and coordination we develop in my classes.

Hearing from happy clients is the greatest reward. This couple from the USA shares their experience with my online classes, highlighting my patient and personalized approach that helped them achieve poses they had been working on for a year. I adapt my teaching to every individual's body and goals.

I always teach that success is built on effort and persistence. This is my own practice of Bakasana (Crow Pose), a pose that requires patience and hard work. I share my journey with my students to show them that continuous improvement is more important than immediate perfection.

Geography is no barrier to learning yoga. This is a snapshot from a live online session with one of my clients in the USA. I provide clear, real-time instruction and feedback, making it easy to practice safely and effectively from the comfort of your home.

When I teach, I do not just demonstrate a pose and leave you to it. My students often receive annotated screenshots of their practice sessions, highlighting where their alignment is strong and where they can safely adjust. It is about giving you clear, visual feedback so you know exactly how to progress, whether we are working on hip mobility or complex inversions.
